Help needed with a study plan

Okay, kids. I have a ton of NCLEX books, I mean a ton...Lippencott Q and A, Saunders Comprehensive 5th ed. NCLEX book, FA Davis NCLEX book, Hurst Review book, Illustrated NCLEX review and many others. The problem now is that I am trying questions from each. I feel overwhelmed with info. and feel dumb. I will admit, I was doing mental health questions from one, then looking at cultural questions from another, and OB questions from another. My question is, for you people studying now and also people who have passed boards...did you take multiple books and look all at the same type of questions or did you do it randomly like I am doing? Like if you have three books, did you do like all OB (from each book) and then switch to a new category? Also, did you read the material, then do Q and A or did you try the questions first to see what you know and then read the material?

I have been trying to do questions and then go back and see what I need to review and it's hard. I am averaging mid 60s to mid 70s with a few sections lower than 60s and a few higher than 70s.

Also, one poster said something about Saunders being good for pharm. Is it the Saunders I have or is it a different Saunders book? Did anyone try and make drug cards? If you did, did it help?

Im also studying for the exam, i have plenty of study materials as well. ( and actually getting more as day goes by).

Well, all i can say is for u to use your study materials one at a time.

Or whatever is convenient for u to read.

Lots of info will get u overwhelmed. If the other material isnt available then have the other one handy. Hope that helps.
