Help!! NClex RN common Lab value of neutrophils and lymphocytes

I keep getting the lab value for neutrophils in percentage, can someone help me with the normal range of lab value that is not in%. Cuz most practice questions give you values not in %. Thanks...

You are prob seeing the percentage of WBC that are neutrophils. If you want a hard #, multiply that % by the total number of WBC, and you'll have an absolute neutrophil count. Here's a good, quick CNE on the CBC:
