I took my Nclex-RN today and got 190+ questions. I don't know the exact number of questions. Most people in my graduation class got either 75 or 265 questions and have passed. I am worried that I didn't pass!!! I wonder if there is anyone out there that got 190+ questions and passed? *sigh* Please help!~!

Number of questions has no bearing on your results or determining ahead of time if one has passed the exam.

People pass with every number of questions, and not just 75 or 265. They also do not pass with those same numbers as well.

There is absolutely no way to determine if you have passed or not by the number of questions or anything else. You are going to have to wait for your results.

Look for positive results and relax now. It is over and you should be glad for that. You can't tell how you did until your results come back so take it easy. Good luck.

No, the earliest I can find out my results is probably tuesday. I Live in california so I can't get the quick results like other states. But that is ok, I am keeping myself busy!~!

I took the test Friday 2-6-I also had 120 + questions. I stopped looking cause it was freaking me out and today I found out..........I PASSED. OMG! In shock now but definitly know what u r feeling. If I can do it, so can u!
