Help does the last question indicate the pass or fail?

I have Just sat the Nclex it shut off at 110 questions but my last question was a Burn question with 2 possible right answers! It was about 2nd degree burns - One answer was blisters and pain, the other answer, blisters ,erthyma and red base to wound !!
now i went for the second option because i had read somewhere the pain although very common in 2nd degree burns is not the definition. Now after the test i have read lots on pain being present almost always!!!!
The test seemed to know my weaknessess were Pharmacology and Obstetrics too !!!!!

The last question being wrong does not sit well with me any ideas if this is relevant???

Getting the last question wrong means nothing, we have had a few members post that they got the last one wrong and they still passed. Believe me when I say it is easier said than done but stop worrying about the exam as nothing now will change your results. Hang in there and good luck
