YOU ARE THE GREATEST ! !
YOU ARE UNIQUE ! There is nobody exactly like you. In all the history of the world, there has never been another you, and in all the time to come, there will never be another you. Whatever your Mind can conceive and believe...you CAN achieve. If you think you can't, your right. To accomplish great things, you must not only dream, but also believe. Believing is magic, what you believe yourself to be, you are. Success is an attitude. Set high lofty goals; reach for the moon, because even if you miss, you're going to to come down with a handful of stars. Clearly define your goals. Visualize them as though you have already achieved them. Make your plan, and then work your plan. DO IT NOW!!! If at first you don't succeed, try...try again. If it doesn't work one way, try another way. Defeat may test you....it need not stop you. Inch by inch anything's a cinch. It is impossible to fail, unless you quit. For every problem there is a solution. Every problem carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit. Look for those benefits. Wishing will not bring you success, but dreaming, planning, persistence and a burning desire will. Dream great dreams. And never be less than you dream. The biggest mistake you can make is giving up.
NEVER GIVE UP! Neve say CAN'T." YES YOU CAN!!! Because, YOU ARE THE GREATEST!!!

You must remain positive. Keep praying with a renewed mindset. You are feeding to much negative energy.
Yes, it's discouraging, but you still have things to be thankful for........ your trip back home to rejuvenate is one of them. Don't give up you have come to far. I pray that you find peace within..... feel free to pm if needed..take care.
thanx for this...Good will answer ur prayers

I am so sorry..plz don't give up hope. You can do it. You made it through school and that is no small feat.I have been where you are and it hurts...in fact I didn't even tell most of my family/employer I was taking it again for fear of failure and embarrassment and I too put myself in the hole to pay fro the darn thing too. The test is hard..no measure of your intellect..Its like one poster said" A nurses hazing"..hang in there..it took me 2 years to try agin because I was where you are..don't waste time like I did..I did pass this time and next time it will be you

That is a really unfair thing to say to someone...Quoting God yet stomping on someones feelings???? Caring at it's finest...Bravo...Nice example. We all know people who have passed who prob. shouldn't be nurses and those that have failed that would make the best nurses...This exam , and I am sure most will agree, Is truly not a testament to ones character or abilities as a nurse in all cases...

For everyone that percieves my words as being critical please calm down and re-read my post.
Both of them.
As I stated before' I have also FAILED and must retake NCLEX-RN. Instead of wasting energy letting the enemy win I choose to believe it is not currently DIVINE TIME.
If I failed then appartently, I'm unsafe to practice according to RN- NCLEX world.I have no double standards- just like you I did not past.
Be positive, think positive, think higher thoughts or the enemy wins.
NEVER may that happen!
GOD provides what we need in HIS own time not ours. Hopefully the next attempt will be in DIVINE TIME!
Just my two cents.

Please don't misunderstand my words.

I never said GOD does not want us that my have failed once twice or twenty times 2 b an RN/LPN.Thats
NOT even what I meant, simply: There are standards set not only by man but also by HIM. Sometimes it is are turn to wait. There are many hurdles to master in this life and a positive spirit/thoughts will make tackling this NCLEX exam much easier no matter what they(council) throw @ us.
Those of us that made it out of nursing school will also master the NCLEX some sooner than others.
These r my final thoughts on this topic.
So much 4 trying to encourage 2 b positive by sharing my own experience. Unfortunately when I try to be brief
I'm not clear enough. Take care all. My study time just wanted make quick reply

good grief.

this thread has gone nuts.

the OP says that the BON is responsible for not passing
other posters say it's god preventing this poor OP to not pass.

Bottom line, for whatever reason they are just not ready. The ultimate responsibility is ours to be ready for this exam. It's that simple. Change your studying habits and take the test again. And if that doesn't work, change your studying habits and take it again. Until you finally pass.

Happy Holidays!

"if you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep on getting what you've always got."-W.L. Bateman

I don't know anything about you or your habits so I can't tell you what to do or not do.

AND most importantly you are the only one who can decide how much energy and money you want to put into this. I personally would not quit until I finished what I started. But again, I don't know anything about you, and this may not be important enough for you to finish successfully.

You're not going to find a quick fix here on allnurses.com You'll find amazing support and endless ideas of how you should go about studying for this, but none of this is going to change the fact that you have to dig in and figure out what your weaknesses are and correct them.

People pass this exam everyday. So you can't blame NSCBN or any BON. Or God. As soon as you accept that you are to blame for not passing this test, it should help clear the way to find out how to pass.
