freaken out over nclex

I took the lpn nclex yesterday and the computer shut off at 110 questions. I am just so scared I didn't pass because everyone that seems to pass get cut off at 85. I also heard that 10 of the question they gave you really don't count. Please someone tell me something.

Relax, the exam is done, it is just a number and stressing will not alter the results. Hang in there and good luck

hi--I wish you the best on your exam results. The number of questions you receive does not determine your results. Its just a number and its just a test. Be confident and stay positive, you may be surprised at your results. Keep us posted on how you do!

Take care!
