Fluid and electrolytes

Hello,
Any idea to study fluid and electrolytes from saunder's book for NCLX-RN.I am havig hard time learning this.Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I found it helpful with making flash cards. This way when I has a spare moment I would study them. I kept them in my pocket. They were helpful and it help with remembering the F/E.
