Set yourself a study plan and keep to it. Practice questions and make sure you understand what the question is asking. Read the rationales. Do not cram and Do not over study

Please don't loose your confidence! With a husband like this you should have more determination to finally pass it and then have a choice to stay with him or not.I am a foreign nurse as well and I am kinda in your shoes. I said to myself that sooner or later I will DO it. We do face more difficulties to pass NCLEX but if your are focused then you will do it sooner or later.Next thing I would do I would rest a little and start again.I would start with review course the one you have to attend and questions and more questions;but don't hurry ,you have to make sure that you do understand the answer explanations complitely. Like these lab results indicated this and that and what should be done.. to correct the situation.Do your research why this rationale is this way and not any other way. ... and THE VERY BEST LUCK TO YOU!Don't let anybody to get on your way

i did'nt take the exam yet. but my friends told me that it was pretty hard. and i have known some people who did'nt make it as well. don't lose hope. you can do it next time. Just trust yourself and do not listen to people who are there to bring you down. talk to your husband about how you feel. this is the time when you really need someone. just always believe in yourself. and there are no replies here if we did'nt understand what you wrote. cheer up!

teareyed,
Dont loose faith, my advice would be take a break. When your husband is so rude, pay him back with a little smile, trust me on this. You will pass this test and then you can make the decision if your husband is worth keeping, there is simply too much stress between the two of you right now. I only used the last edition of saunders and passed, if you PM me I'll forward it to you, good luck and most important take care of yourself, Donna

Suzanne has stepped down as a moderator at allnurses.com and is taking a break from the hard work she has been doing here for many years. The time and attention she has given this site are invaluable and greatly appreciated. The NCLEX plan is one she created herself and all rights to it should belong solely to her. Those who are already in the process will be able to continue but she will not be taking on anyone else. She is entitled to her privacy, and while we all dearly hope to see her back on the threads she owes us nothing. Remember that all staff members at allnurses.com volunteer their time to provide this terrific resource for all of us and try not to demand more than we can give. Thank you all for your consideration in this matter.

Don't give up on yourself. I'm in the same boat as you. I went through nursing school working a full time job, raising a infant, and going to school full time. I didn't even think I was going to graduate because I was a few percentages under passing. I was able to pull it up in time and did a kick *** job of passing my final. I scheduled my NCLEX and took it 2 months after graduation. I failed it. I heard it and was reminded of it, a lot, verbally from my husband. I really felt like a worthless p.o.c. I will go back for it and retake it but nothing would make me happier than to rub his nose in it, show him how wrong he was, and to tell him to kiss it.

Don't worry, just take some to to compose yourself and go at it again

side note, I wouldn't wait to pass my test to tell my husband to kiss it he asounds very unsupportive
