The website containing the Question Trainers is located in post #43 of this thread.

Once you access the site (it may take some time to load because the website is very busy....PM messages/chat room with graphics will eventually appear) you will be on the homepage.

For the Question Trainers, click on the NCLEX REVIEW link that is located at the top of the home page (where the blue bar is at the top of the page). After you click on the NCLEX REVIEW link, do a search for Question Trainer and you will find all seven located on the right-hand side of your screen in the light tan colored column. NOTE: There is nothing to download. I would just suggest that you copy and paste the information to a MS-Word document (adjust the margins and font and you will have fewer pages to deal with).

Don't forget to look at the other links that have "Question of the Day," "Trainer Notes," "Nursing Strategies", "Tips," "Pharmacology" and so much other information... On the homepage, on the right-hand side of your screen (towards the middle, bottom half of the page), in the light tan colored column (on the right-hand side) you will also find the title Free Nclex Questions & Preparations. You can review a lot of helpful information here.

I hope my instructions make sense and don't sound too confusing.

Good luck with your studying

smn2009,
Thanks for the info. I went on the website following your instructions and saw some good questions but I also exptected to see the correct answers and the rationales but saw neither on the website. Really, I tried and couldn't find it.

Miaelaine (and others):

You are right. The Question Trainers have been removed (the web shows "page not found"). Darn it! I'm not surprised though. I couldn't believe the site was making the Kaplan Question Trainers 1-7 available for FREE to begin with!!! Considering you must pay to receive Kaplan online.

HINT: The questions are still available...... Just look!

The site still contains lots of helpful study tools along with 100s of NCLEX style practice questions. Examples, listed below.

I found "NCLEX Question Trainer Explaination 2" (75 questions) and when I clicked on this link...it worked!! : http://www.nursereview.org/2007/11/n...ations_21.html

Hope this helps!

OH ok, thats great I will have to go to my library. THank you so much.

Does any one know if the Kaplan question bank is worth the $300. Im very tight on money as I just had a new addition to our family and already raising 2 sweet toddlers. But I did fail the nclex the first time so am at last wits to study and pass so I can work and get out of this economic hole. Has any one used the Kaplan question bank? Are the questions similar in prioritizing like the nckex exam.

THank you for any suggestions
