does the nclex format change in Janurary?

The rumor going around at work is to take the NCLEX before Jan. They are saying the format changes this Jan. If so is it the first week in Jan. or at the end of the Jan?

The 2007 Test Plan won't go into effect until April. Even then, the NCLEX will still be given using CAT methodology and will include the same types of alternate-format questions (check all that apply, hot spot, drag and drop, etc).
