Thank you for the list. Goodluck to everyone! I'm getting so nervous. what are your last week preparations? as for me... i couldn't make it a 100 questions per day. i swear that i'm really slow but i make sure that everytime i answer the test questions, i really go through the rationale & make sure that i remember it. so atleast the next time i get a somewhat similar question i would say to myself "i know this one". And another thing, i write down important info from the rationales & i'll read it again after.

Any dec 2nd time test takers like me? i felt more confident now, but everytime the "what if i don't pass again" crossed my mind... it just makes me want to move & move my sched. & don't know when i'll be ready to face that computer again.

I hope we'll all have a great holidays! I'm praying for you all! Godbless!

i am also not able to do 100 Q per day every day. it has been too scary. i am leaving pharm for the last week or so. my prep tool until now is saunders.

    Iel21:
I had the same exact feeling as you do when I rescheduled the test. I took it in July and failed at 265Q and I started to prepare for my second round in middle of Sep and here I am now.
I did Saunder's CD, around 100 questions each day, sometimes more, sometimes less, and now I am doing Kaplan Qtrainer, Kaplan strategies book, and delegation book by mosby. I am praying to GOD everyday to help me to pass this time.
I do the same as you do to write down the important rationales or things I don't know and review it again. I think it's a pretty good studying habit because when you writing things down, it helps you to remember.
God bless you and will give the strength, intelligence and knowledge to pass this test and HE will be with you all the time when you take your test. Just pray.
Let's all pray for each other and hold hands together to go through this difficult time.

If you repeated Are those your final % on retakes? I read somewhere on the threads of this board that they passed with scores in the 60%.
I'm cheering for you all the way!!!!!!
I didn't have a chance to do retakes. I kind of slacked during the middle of the course so I had to hurry up and finish. So those were my original scores.

Thank you for your words of encouragement!! I really need that right now!!

    don't freak out. :spin:

i think you should brush up on your weak areas at this point so they stay fresh in your mind. if you can, begin to taper off your studying 1 week before the test and then give yourself 2 days before the test to completely decompress and relax.

wizard100: yes, we are all scared out here. but i have this feeling that we'll all do great in the exam. i'll be praying for each and everyone of us here. and it makes me feel excited thinking about all of us posting the good news!

ergito2: it seems that you have a really good studying going on. saunders content are so helpful & kaplan helped me a lot on prioritization & delegation. thanks for your words of encouragement! really appreciate it. i know we'll all do great in the exam. after all the studying & sacrifices.. and more & more prayers.. i believe He will give this to us! Godbless to you & to all Dec test takers!

WAstateRN: i think we are all freaking out here. but as everyone suggests.. i'll take a relaxing break the day before the exam.. no studying anymore. i suggest you to try to go through the important topics and your weak areas. then may be a week before just answer test questions & review lab values again. that's my plan. hope this helps!
