CVS-NY....What's next??

I already applied for CVS-NY and still waiting for their reply, I open CGFNS website and it was written there that they are waiting for my documents (license validation and transcript validation) to be received. Here are my questions, I hope someone can help to enlighten me:

1. How long would it take for my school to receive the papers from CGFNS?
I am from Philippines.

2. How would I know when did they (CGFNS) send the documents to my school?
3. What can I do next while waiting for their reply?
4. How can I apply for NY BON? Where can I get an application form?
Roughly, how long would it take for me to sit for the NCLEX?
