Can I be logged into Kaplan in two places at once?

Hi fellow AllNursing fans!

I plan to take the nclex in January. Before I buy the Kaplan study course, I wanted to know if I would be able to be logged into the Kaplan system in two different computers at once. Has anyone tried? The reason I ask is because my computer boots VERY slow at home, and I'd rather keep it up and running while I log in from work and use it.

Any help is appreciated.

Your reasoning for logging on to your computer to start with does not make much sense to me. Your computer will need to be booted before you attempt anything on it. How old is your computer??? Are you using "dial up"??? If so, that may be your problem. Also, if you computer is "slow" (moving from screen to screen) it may not be wise to use it for Kaplan to complete your video review, Qbank or QTrainers to begin with. Turn your computer on...if you must...to keep it running. You can keep your computer running from any screen location (i.e. aol.com, msn.com...)

The quick response to your question is "NO". Without any activity, Kaplan will kick you out/log you off automatically, from your computer at home, if you appear inactive on the site. Additionally, it won't allow two of the same log-ins to run at the same time either. So, if by chance you are thinking of allowing a friend to access Kaplan while you are using it at work, that won't fly either...
