I have never been good with calculations and I really really need help!
How do you know when to multiply and divide?

It depends on the Medication calculation?
What exactly is it that you have problems with?

Conversions?
IV calculations?
Cardiac calculations?

In order to do medication calculations......you must know the basics in math.
There are plenty of medication calculation books out there.

Just keep reviewing those math problems over and over and you will soon be able to handle any math problem.
