I graduated from ADN program in March of 2012. I took the boards twice and failed. Then life happen. I had to move to another state with my kids. I found a job pretty quickly as an LPN. I worked hard to get back on my feet, and then when I thought I was ready to take the test again in 2013. I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I have been going through treatment and a double mastectomy. I finally finished with chemo and I have only hormone therapy left that will finish up in May. I set my date to take my Nclex again and in my study mode. I thought this day would never come but it has. I know some of us out there feel like giving up but I'm here to tell you that is not an option. I could have been dead and gone but God saw fit to keep me here. God does not put more on you that you can bare trust me I know. I have been reading a lot of posts that are very inspiring. I am nervous about taking this test again, but I truly believe that God is setting me up for my greatest comeback ever. So no matter how many times you take the Nclex remember God is giving you a testimony to help someone else. Anyone out there can give me advice on helping me study your advice is greatly welcomed.

You are a fighter/warrior/angel..you story has hit home. Breast cancer runs in my family which is very touchy subject.. God has a plan for you in this world for sure. I am happy to hear you are doing well:) As far as the NCLEX-RN I would go with HURST review which is amazing with 'content material' ($300)..there are free questions on online NCLEX 3000 (if you google it there will a link)..I am sure you will succeed. May God continue blessing you! :)

[COLOR=#003366]AngelAsherah thanks a lot for your encouraging words I guess since I'm new to the site I can't send pm right now but I will appreciate your help in anyway possible.

What materials do you currently have now? Send me a message [email protected] (posting an email add is prohibited? sorry)

I haven't taken NCLEX yet but we all have the same goal, to pass. Might as well help each other to attain a common goal. :D
