Books that help with prioritization, leadership, etc.

I am having a terrible time with that area. But, that is hit hard on NCLEX. So, do you guys know of any books or ways to studying that? How did you guys study for that (obviously you passed, so that's why I am asking nurses vs students)?

I have a close friend who failed the NCLEX on her first attempt due to the priority questions. However, she obtained a book written by Linda LaCharity that is all about prioritization. She passed NCLEX on her second attempt after reading this book. Google the name 'LaCharity' and you will discover the title of this book. Good luck to you!
