BON Evaluator wants to talk to me?

I called BON today to check if my file is okay or missing something. Rep checked computer says everything is there transcripts, Live Scan and all. She saw a note on computer "if she (i) call to transfer to the evaluator". Well the first time I called 'my evaluator' was in another call and I had to step out for a moment so the Rep took my home and cell phone # Rep said my evaluator should call me today. I called the 2nd time the Rep transferred me the phone just keeps on ringing. This doesn't sound good at all. If there's a problem with my file how come I wasn't made aware of it months ago. Why did they give me a ATT letter. Anyways...my name isn't popping out of the
BON website and it's been 3 days.

Without knowing which state that you are in, impossible to give you an answer.
