"bad screen" and still passed

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Hi,

I am posting this in order to hopefully stop anyone else from the trap I fell into. I wrote the NCLEX exam in early October of this year. I stopped at 75 questions and did not know how to feel about it. Feeling too anxious to wait the 48 hrs to do my "quick results" I started googleing. I found the "Pearson Vue Trick" and tried it, I was able to get to the credit card page with no problems. Of course I was heart broken, cried a little and started thinking about how I was going to study differently. I desperately tried to find evidence of anyone on the internet who said they got this credit card page and then went on to pass......I found one, enough to give me some hope. Waited my 48hrs and closed my eyes while my husband filled out the unofficial results page....and I passed. So do not despair, it is not a 100% trick. Wait out the unofficial results. Hope this can put someones mind at ease.

Beginning in August (I believe it was), everyone is directed to the credit card page. Prior to that, if you were directed there it was an assumed 'fail', otherwise you got a pop up telling you that you could not register for a test at this time (or something worded similar).

Now, everyone is directed to the CC page, from there it is the decision of the person to enter the credit card info and submit. There is where the pop up will come up indicating a pass and stop the CC transaction, or you will possible be charged the $200 fee for retesting.

there are dozens of posts regarding the new way the 'trick' is done.

Sorry you suffered like this; if you Googled RECENT results from this website (like two months' worth at this point) you'd have seen the software had changed, resulting in what you found: being directed to the CC page is status quo now.

Aw, heck, I'd be TICKLED if it was only "dozens of posts" lol.....there are well into the HUNDREDS just since August 23rd! (when the PVT 'changed')

Yeah, I typed dozens but meant THOUSANDS..ughh.

Thanks. Do not know why I could not find this information....maybe my mind went blank once I tried the trick based on the old way. I appreciate the update, and as it does not seem my post is necessary I will take it down. Thank you all again.
