ATI testing

by cjohn99

Has anyone used Assessment Technologies Institute's (ATI) study guides in their school? I found it helpful during my freshman year but not during my sophomore year. I have heard the practice tests are nothing like the NCLEX. My last test predicts 99 % that I will pass the NCLEX.

Default Re: ATI testing
IMO ATI is not very accurate. I two predictor exams during my last semester in nursing school. The first predictor exam told me I'd have a 96% chance of passing NCLEX first time. The second predictor exam score dropped, and said I had a 74% chance of passing NCLEX first time. After studying Saunders and Kaplan together, I passed NCLEX my first time. Yeah ATI is nothing like the real exam. Alot of it is content review mostly.
