Alternate Items on NCLEX

I have a question?? Is it possible to take and pass the NCLEX and have NO Alt items on it?? I had 75 questions, and NO alt items.. I am worried..

Same boat here. I had 75 questions, no alternative formats... I considered myself lucky.

I passed! I answered 75 questions and had 5 alt. questions. No two test are the same, if you are prepared then you can correctly answer whatever the test asks.

I took the NCLEX-PN examination on 12/28/05 and passed with the minimum amount of questions possible, which is 85 for the PN test. Thankfully, I received absolutely no alternate format questions and didn't really want to encounter these types of questions anyhow.

I thought that the alternate format questions were the easiest questions on the entire test.

I know I heard that the drug calculations are considered some of the easiest questions of the alt format..

Yes, you can pass without any alternate item questions. There aren't nearly as many alternate format items as there are multiple choice items.
