I took my NCLEX today and I was astonished at the number of SATA questions I received. I had 23 SATA, I had to tally it because I thought I was seeing things for a minute. At one point I got 3 SATA back to back. It was like a cruel joke. The computer shut down at 75 and I know a lot of people think that this is good, but I really dont know if I passed. I was shocked, I also got about 6 math, which is nothing compared to the SATA. SATA questions are like 5 questions in one and to think it only takes you missing one answer to get the whole question wrong! Has anyone had this problem? because this is unheard of to me. I will let you guys know if I passed. Good luck to those who will take it soon.

I took mine yesturday And I am like 100 wait 200% know that I didn't pass and I am dragging my body through the floor of how bad I am feeling. My test was like all priority questions maybe like 5 sata but i didnt get those right b/c i will never get them back to back i can't remember how many math and meds questions. well It never did turn off I ran out of time like at 2 hundred and something questions. I was actually crying during the test because I knew I wasn't no where near doing got I felt like the test was like lets see who dum this girl is. But whatever things happen for a reason right. I have licked my wounds now and I am now planning to see what will be the best way to pass this test.
ok sorry i just needed to get that out of my system. Your test seems like it went better than mine. I'm sure u passed. The best wishes to you.

Some people get lots of SATA and others hardly get any, they are just another format of questions. Hang in there and good luck

I also took boards today. I had 83 questions. 4 sata, 4 meds Lots of priority.....I am nervous! The last question I know for sure I got correct, but I don't think that means anything....Now the waiting game

Tanny, mine also stopped at 75 questions and I had a boatload of SATA questions. I only had 1 med calculation though. You can't really predict how well you did though and it's frustrating. I hope you did well.

I took my boards in April. I had somewhere between 20-25 SATAs. The computer also shut off at 75. I was afraid I had failed because I did not receive a single OB question. However, I passed. I would think that since you got so many SATAs that it is a good sign. Good luck!
