Airborne precautions

Hi I'm getting ready to take the NCLEX next week and I've been to CDC website, but it still confuses me. From what i'm getting from that site and other sites is that for airborne precautions a N95 mask should be worn, and of course use standard precautions. I'm having a hard time finding just a specific list of things. So here's what I think and please someone let me know if i'm wrong.

Airborne: N95, gloves, mask, and gown?
Contact: gloves and gown only with also washing of hands
Droplet: standard mask, and maybe gloves?
