Adaptive Practice Tests, do they exist?

I'm looking for practive tests from anywhere thet feature the adaptive programming the actual NCLEX does. I'd like to check out a truly realistic practice test, and am wondering if anyone has come across one. I've done some digging, haven't come up with anything, and figured this was the place to ask!
Thanks!

Have seen a few in the past, but none has come close to the actual NCLEX exam. They come out and then leave rather quickly as well.
