? about review book

by msjack

Hi all-I was hoping someone could answer a question for me. I was looking online to get another review book for the nclex. I have an old version of the saunder's comprehensive review. I was looking at a newer edition and it said it was styled for the "new nclex effective 4/2007"? Did the nclex change? Do I have to get a new review book, or will the one I have ok? I wanted to have a couple different books to study from, but now I don't know if I need to buy the new saunders? I can't think it would have changed much. Did they change the style of questions? Any help would be appreciated...thanks!

How old is your Saunders book? There are some new style of questions Select All That Apply (SATA) and I personally would get an up to date version and practice questions than work with an old one and get things wrong. I also wouldn't get too many review books concentrate on 1 or 2 but not many

Thank you all for your replies. I have the 2nd edition and I believe the 4th edition is out. Mine is about 3-4 years old. I will go ahead and get the new one. I was looking to get a second book so I could study off of two. I'm actually using them now for my classes. I won't be graduating until next may. Thanks again for the help!
