75 Questions on Nclex!! AHHHH!!!

Hello Everyone! I am new to this forum. I took my Nclex today and I had the min questions 75. Everyone that I have talked to said to relax a bit that typically if you have the min you passed~ I felt horrible about the test and I am scared out of my mind!! Is this true of what you guys all know. Or have you heard of numerous people that have failed with only 75 questions. I am hoping that I find out soon! But in the mean time I will just STRESS!!!!
Thanks for all the help!

Generally, when someone gets 75 questions and the computer shuts off, it is a good sign. I have never personally known anyone who has failed after only 75 questions. BUT it could happen. You can also check your BON's website, (if they have one) and see if your license has been activated. Keep thinking positive thoughts, and let us know how you did. Wishing you all the best! Bye for now.

Number of questions has no bearing on the final outcome. 85% pass the first time. Whether you got the last question right or wrong also has no bearing on the final result of the exam.

And you did not list where you live, so cannot say when you can get your results. Approximately 1/2 of the states participate in Qucik Results with Pearson-Vue, meaning that your results are up two days after testing; and including Saturdays and Sundays.

oR.....Call your BON tomorrow morning and ask if you have a license number. Thats what I did (and lots of my friends) and they had our results less than 24 hours after taking test.

A girl at my school just passed with 75 questions and unfortunately 2 others failed iwth 75. Our instructors said they have never had students fail with 75 before. But like a previous poster stated, 85% pass the first time. So I know you did well. Keep us posted.
