75 items again.too tired and depressed to think positive...

i just finished my second attempt of passing the nclex-rn, i only got one sata which i'm not happy about since i got 5 before and i still failed. it's so depressing that i got 75 again which means i sucked again and the computer decided again at the minimum items required.

i got most prioritization format and revolves on drugs and emergency situations. i kept on fluctuating back and forth on drug prioritizations. i got some patient teaching and annoying infection control.

i'm so tired but still got 75. i improved but feels it's still not enough.....i hope i got it this time....

I know how hard it is to do BUT...try to think positive!! I just failed again for the second time, found out yesterday...BUT I jumped back on paid another $200 and scheduled mine once again for Dec. 19th. This exam and the whole process is so frustrating. I totally feel your pain. What were your study habits? Mine were terrible and I have learned my lesson the very hard and expensive way. What did you use to study? Was it different the first time from the second? This time I am going to sign up for the NCSBN 5 week course, it's $69.00. I went back and forth with NCSBN and Suzanne's Plan and after a lot of thought I decided on NCSBN. Nothing against Suzanne's plan at all, I have heard wonderful things about her plan, I just feel I do better studying on the computer vs. books. I will be praying for you, please let us know when you get your results!!!

Each time you take it it will be different, just getting one SATA means nothing as we have had a few posting lately they had none r very few and still passed. Try and relax until you know. Good luck

I hear your frustration, but like Silverdragon said, alot of people have not been getting SATA questions lately and have passed. I know it's hard to stay positive when you have been through this before. Try to distract yourself while you wait for the results. Good luck. I'll say a prayer for you.

hi! i understand your situation coz it's also my 2nd time to take the exam. I stopped at 75 questions, again... I didn't have any SATA and medication calculation. I got a lot of prioritization questions, drugs, emergency situations, patient teaching and infection control. It was exactly the same as yours. But as they say, it will be different from the first one. Good luck to us! God bless!
