48 hours of hell!

75 questions and I was in and out in 35 minutes. I felt really prepared going into the exam and to be totally honest I felt awesome when it shut off. It was the subsequent 48 hours waiting for the "quick results" that was killing me. I couldn't sleep... I couldn't eat... I couldn't concentrate... Pearson should really think about cutting the wait time to for results anywhere from 6-24 hours. The wait for me was torture and I can't imagine how it must feel living in a state that takes weeks to deliver results. In any case, hearing CONGRATULATIONS from the automated voice over the phone was one of the greatest moments of my life and I hope everyone on this forum gets a moment like that. My advice to anyone who has not yet taken the exam... Right after the exam...Call out your friends... chill with your girl/or guy... get some drinks... have some fun... RELAX because thinking about the number of SATA, priorities, or delegations questions isn't going to change the results. It's just going to BUM you out. Good Luck and God Bless!

Thank you kindly to everyone!

Not that I'm an expert or anything. I've been a registered nurse all but 1 day =P But I do consider myself a good test taker.

Here's some advice:
1. RELAX - BREATHE
2. EAT WELL
3. SLEEP WELL
4. EXERCISE

(If you hadn't noticed 1-4 is MASLOW at its finest. Remember practice what you preach! You're not going to do well if you don't get these things down first.)

5. QUESTIONS
6. QUESTIONS
7. QUESTIONS

(We all graduated nursing school. So we know the material. Sort of. Go over rationales for every question for every answer right and wrong. Study in depth only the topics you feel you are really weak in. The rest just skim an outline. When you're ready... find someone to go over questions with and do them out loud. So that you can discuss the method in which you used to attain the answer. People analyze questions differently. You'll be surprised how much you learn this way.
