265?s anyone pass with that?

I just took my test today and got 265 questions. I'm hoping that I was just the unlucky one and not that I completely failed. Anyone pass with 265?

I have had several friends take all 265 and pass. Some unfortunate souls get all of them. They are the validater tests.

I took the boards 2 yrs ago and got all 265 questions. I thought I failed, because a classmate had all the questions and failed. I however was lucky enough to pass. So don't give up hope. Keep us posted

Plenty of people pass from all ends of the spectrum; from the minimum, midway through or the end. Keep us posted and good luck!

This is a popular belief, but it is a myth that some testers are randomly selected to receive all of the questions. Not trying to be argumentative over small details, but it restarts a rumor that we fight here frequently.

The NCLEX test methodology and test questions undergo validation, but this is not achieved by giving random candidates the maximum-length exam. If a candidate's test keeps going to 265, the result may be passing or failing, but it is not random - it just means that the computer never reached a pass/fail decision with 95% confidence, which would be required for the computer to stop early.

Check out this link to the 2007 Candidate Bulletin for more on this and other NCLEX-related myths.

In WI you can find out as soon as 24hrs and up to 48. I had EVERYTHING on that test. I talked to some friends at school, but they all pretty much got 75, so I came right home to you guys. Thank you for making me feel better. I will let you all know.
