Hey Hopeful16! I'm not a statistician but if you did 265 questions, it means you were doing ok the entire length of the exam...and many people PASS @ 265! Like me! I took the nclex twice: failed @ 176 the first time, and PASSED @ 265 45 days later (May 21, 2008). =)

During the next 3 weeks, try to stay busy...get outside, do some active stuff, and maybe write down what you're feeling. That'll help some of the anxiousness and help the time go by a 'lil faster...we all know the tension you're feeling but just remember you did your best on all 265 questions. That's the most you can really ask of yourself! Keep me updated. I'm proud of you and everyone who had to answer 265 questions. It's no joke! =)

thank u so much.. i got teary-eyed with what u said.. i could really feel ur sympathy guys... those who answered 265 questions are really passionate and helpful persons... thanks to all of you..

dont worry ill try to do the things u adviced me to do.. but u have undergone the same thing im feeling ryt now.. and its really hard to unwind while having no peace of mind yet..

please, if its not too much to ask, pray for me so that id be like u, one of u guys, who all passed the nclex despite the large item number...

Yeah Hopeful! That's the spirit. =) I found this website like half an hour after I finished my 2nd NCLEX. I was Googling franctically for any hope that people DO pass @ 265. And I found this forum and I've been logging on since...everyone was so supportive, and it really helped me during "THE WAIT" to read everyone's experiences, not only on the NCLEX but in nursing in general!

two of my friends had 265 and passed

i failed with 265

in my hospital, i personally know a girl that failed with 120 and one that failed with 160

and two who failed with 75

you can and will pass, and so will i

it may not be first write but you will pass
