265 questions! I feel sick!

I took the NCLEX RN yesterday morning. I spent like 3.5 hours on the exam and had to complete all 265 questions. I was the last person in the room. How embarassing. The hardest test I've ever taken. I view my results online tomorrow. I cant eat, cant sleep, and feel like I have to vomit every second. 265 questions...I cant get over it. Any hope in passing?

Of course, you can pass. The sxs you are experiencing are perfectly normal. I have read enough posts to know that it isn't the number of questions...people pass/fail at 75 - 265.

My prayers are with you, but I know you will be fine!

Take my word for it, you would not feel any better if you walked out after 75. When my computer shut off after 75 this morning I completely freaked! I wanted MORE questions believe it or not. I just did not feel like I proved myself yet. So, like they keep telling me we have to calm down and hope for the best. Good Luck to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't taken it yet. However, I heard thru the grapevine that 2 people in our graduating class both got 265 questions, 2 people both got 90 and everyone still passed.
