Your chances are the same as anyone else. You can pass with any number so hang in there and good luck

It doesn't matter what number number of questions you get. You're chances of passing are the same no matter what the number is! Best of luck!

I understand your anxiety and fer I just took my NCLEX on Tuesday It was AWFUL!! I stopped at 75 but apparently numbers dont mean anything.

However, one of my Kaplan Instructors did say when you get to 265 the last ? you answer is the one that decides if you pass or fail... Thats the only thing I can telly ou for sure about the 265. I hear people passing all the time with 265! Infact I rather have had 265 then 75! Good Luck and hope you get results soon!! I get mine tomorrow am..

I failed at 265 but it seems like many, many people pass with 265. the chances of passing are kind of 50/50 when you get all the questions, and they do look at the performance throughout the entire exam to see if you fall above or below the passing line. (As long as you don't run out of time..) But if you get all the questions you were close to passing the whole time, and even if god forbid you fail, at least you know you were close. I was surprised to see how close I was when my results came in but it gave me hope that I will be able to pass the next time, which makes me feel better. Good luck

I, too had 265Q and I took mine on Feb 12 in CA. Until now I'm still waiting and hoping I pass. I wish all the luck for everybody who are still waiting for their result. I'll pray for you all.
