    Do hospitals in MT hire RNs with ICU experience? I will have 2 yrs of ICU experience by the time I start looking to move out west somewhere. Anyone know which hospitals in MT need RNs with ICU experience? Also, do hospitals in MT pay more for a BSN vs. an ADN degree?

    Depends on which hospital you apply to, they can pay a bit extra for experience and education. As of 2 weeks ago, Missoula was in nursing excess. They had too many nurses and not enough jobs. Your best chance is probably Billings or some small rual area.
