My PC was reasonable in price, I thought, so probably worth trying the tablet features.
I bought the same laptop right when I came out and paid an arm and a butt for it. I do not use the touch screen feature, however. If I do, it is rarely. I'll be sitting in class and touch the screen instead of using the mouse pad. If you use it often, it'd be a great investment. I do take my laptop to school and I leave it in the classroom hooked up. I am in an ADN program and there are not thiefs (that I know of) in my class. There are only 24 of us. Also, the majority of the class brings laptops as well. If a nursing student were to steal something from class, I hope they'd get kicked out PRONTO.
