Suggestion for PDA and Medical application

I am interested in purchasing the program package "nursing constellations plus" for my new blackjack 2 phone. Are they compatible? And do I purchase the pda software for windows smartphone-- I'm not sure because this is my first time downloading any software to my phone. I do not have an unlimited minutes plan, so can I download the software to my desktop then sync it to the phone? Please give any instructions for the purchase and download. Also give any suggestions for other purchases regarding advanced nursing students and cardiology. Thank you

Didn't you get instructions with that phone????? I can't help but you should have a manual somewhere... or take it back where you got it and ask.
