Free clinical nursing skill videos that can be downloaded to a PDA

Updated Dec 17, 2005 at 08:03 AM by Nurse Ratched

I found another site with nursing skill videos! They are interesting and like I said they can be downloaded to a PDA. That sounds great because next time you are in a clinical and unsure of the procedure for a skill all you have to do is look at it before you perform it. Check it out. http://www.etu.sgul.ac.uk/cso/
Also, here's website with even more skills like basic life support. It has short video clips you can watch. http://cal.fmc.flinders.edu.au/gemp/...il/default.htm

Moderator note: Per member request, starting this sticky for free PDA software - merged a couple of similar threads. - Nurse Ratched

"bump" just is a response meant to move the thread to the top of the "new posts" list - Bumps it up to the top of the list.

Default Free PDA Medical Software
Hi All,

This site lists lots of free medical software for PDAs on one page. Pretty nifty.

Very helpful...will have to check them out thanks Ken!

My staples are Davis Drug guide (with renewals quarterly) and my Taber's dictionary but the rest of my programs I play with...will check some of these out.
