Best medical software for IPod Touch/IPhone

I recently posted this topic on another area of this website. I received something over 100 viewers but not one single response. I find that impossible to believe. Do any of you Texas nurses use IPhone/IPod's ? If so, what in your opinion is the best medical software apps for them?

Thank you ahead of time for your feedback! :0)

Being my stingy self, the only free app I've really been using and found useful is MedCalc. Lots of blank fields to plugin numbers to get the value you need with for nurses (includes the dreaded IV drip rate calculation!), ICU/ER, anesthesiology, etc.
Nursing Central, another app, has really good reviews from what I've read; though, it costs a bunch to purchase it and I've never got enough determination to get it yet.
It's not much but that's as far as I got

There's a great one, (I cant remember the name) but it has skeletel system, organs etc. It shows the body and it pops up a name and you have to touch the right location. Looks liek a great study tool!
