What's the best drug book app to use??

  1. 0 I want to have a drug book app on my phone that I can search for the drug and find all the important info quickly, but I just don't want to pay for one and end up not liking it. Does anybody have any recommendations for good ones to use?
    Thanks so much!

I like the Davis's Drug guide app from unbound medicine. http://nursing.unboundmedicine.com/n.../All_Entries/*

Gives you exactly what you need to know.

Cosigning for Unbound Medicine's Davis' Drug Guide. My school got the students a free subscription to all the Nursing Central features. Our clinical instructors LOVED it.....after they realized we weren't text-messaging, LMAO.

micromedex is nice and free. I think they plan to expand the app soon to include some of the info on their site- toxicology, etc. I would love an easy app for IV compatiblility without going onto micromexed online and hope they add that feature!

I have 4 on my iphone: Davies from nursing central, micromedix, medscape and epoc. Each have their plus's and minus's. I too wish there was a good app from IV compatiblility, there is a $50 app but I'm not going to be the beta tester on that one. If micromedix had everything that they have on there desktop app...I would pay for that one in a heartbeat. I would start with micromedix and see if you want more.
