by BundokSaint Mar 21, '12Okay, I know that iPhones, iPods, and iPads are the new hotness, and that Palms are old technology. But, what's the deal with all those Nursing PDAs on eBay? Such as:
This PALM TX MEDICAL NURSING PDA
They seem like a good deal with all those texts and references included. Too good to be true? Scams?
Print and share with friends and family.
Compliments of allnurses.com.

Kinda like buying an 8-track player because it comes with all these cool tapes. However, you can't get anything current.BundokSaint and Mama_Cashew like this. - Mar 26, '12 by BundokSaintQuote from traumaRUsGood analogy. - Sep 5, '12 by fridgelightQuote from traumaRUsI agree, my teachers in school always told us to get current books and references because the information in the industry is always being updated, especially the nclex test questions. The older editions are a lot cheaper but they may no longer be as relevant.I wouldn't buy it because its old technology - you will not get up to date apps either and you won't be able to update them as the Palm OS is obsolete.
