ATI website and apple computers

  1. Any secrets on how to get the ATI website to work on a mac computer?

I am using Firefox as my browser and getting the "Install Microsoft Silverlight" box.
Silverlight is installed on my computer. Have closed and reopened the ATI site, nothing is changing.

The ATI website does not give me the option to enter my access code to take my sample test. Super frustrating and must wait until Monday to call for help.

    Anyone else have this issue?

Contact ATI tech support. I doubt the IT guru at allnurses can help with this issue. Surely ATI has encountered this before.

Ugh, I had this problem before, too. I was sticking with Safari until I was eventually like, "I've installed Silverlight and updated it in Firefox so many damn times WTH!??!" So, apparently, it was actually an issue with Firefox. You need to check your add-ons to see if it is asking to activate. If it isn't then change it either to "ask to activate" or "always activate" and restart Firefox. This should help. If it isn't, it might be an issue with the registry with Firefox. This is a long-standing problem with Firefox so you can find many options on Google that will hopefully point you in the direction of your specific problem. Good luck!

Install Chrome on your Mac. Then just go though Ati in Chrome not Safari

Called ATI, wonderful people by the way.

So after installing Silverlight, you must go into your settings in Firefox (which are the 3 dashes in the upper right corner), then under plugins (look for the purple jigsaw puzzle shape) look for the drop down arrow to the right and select "activate." Once Silverlight is activated, close the browser and re-login. Wa-la. The magically box now appears to allow me to enter my ID#.

Now off to take a practice test.
