Are St Louis area hospitals hiring returning rn's?

Does anyone know if Jefferson Memorial in Jefferson County is hiring nurses returning after 7 years of inactivity (3 years hospital experience)?
If not, do you know where my best chances of success would be?
What should I do to increase my chances/pay before applying to go back to work in a hospital setting?
Should I complete BLS or are the hospitals paying for that?
I currently work in another field and do not have my days available to go to MOBAP's refresher course for 10 weeks (without income).
I'm a responsible adult very interested in returning to the field and looking forward to obtaining my BSN.
