Could anyone provide a list of level 1 trauma Hospitals in the Missouri area that are offering ICU internships/residency programs?

Truman Medical Center is a Level I trauma center, also a teaching hospital located in downtown Kansas City MO. They have a residency program for new grads. I believe the deadline has passed.
For the Kansas side, KU Medical Center is also a Level I trauma center as well as a teaching facility. They also have a residency program. They are located in Kansas City, KS.
