I a wondering if there is a difference in pay between RN and BSN for new grads in St. Louis area hospitals. I have a masters degree in another field making 40K a year but I don't want to invest 2 years in an accelerated BSN only to start out with what I currently make.

The only St. Louis hospital that pays more for a BSN is St. John's Mercy Medical Center. And even there it's only an extra shift differential, though I'm not sure what it is.
