Nursing Board Changing Laws

Is it true that the Nursing Board is changing the schooling requirements when it comes to PCT's? Has anybody else heard of this?

I don't know what the Nursing board is doing, but the hospital I work for in MO has changed the requirements. They are only hiring CNA and Student Nurses.
