LPN- wants to teach

I'm going for my BSN, but in the meantime I'd really like to teach CNA's. I just have a passion for helping caring people get started in nursing. That said, I have a question: Missouri requires:

The applicant must meet the following qualifications to become an instructor:
  • A Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Missouri or in possession of a temporary permit from the Missouri State Board of Nursing. The licensee shall not be subject to current disciplinary action; and
  • A minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year experience in a LTC facility within the last five (5) years
Well, I'm not an RN (yet!) so what's this "possession of a temporary permit". Is this the same thing as a graduate nurse or a special exception? DO you know or do you know how I could find out more? Thank you.
