Pay rate North Mississippi

Does anyone know the starting pay rate for new RNs in some of north Mississippi Hospitals? I live in central MS (currently in nursing school in south Mississippi) and will be graduating in May 2011. I've started looking around trying to get a feel of where I would like to work after graduation. I thought about moving to Jackson, but from what I hear new RN pay is rather low compared to some of the other hospitals in the state. So if you have any information regarding pay rates in north Mississippi compared to the Jackson Metro area please let me know. Thanks!!
