May 5, '04 by 1BlessedRNHello it really varies on the pay I live close to Meridian and the pay for LPN varies from 9.50-11.00 at hospitals, at nursing homes $10-$12, RN(ADN) $15-$18 towards Jackson which is a bigger city you will get more money being the nursing shortage and all everyone is offering all types of sign on bonuses.
