Hospice Nursing in MS

Hi! Just wondering if there are any of you in Hospice, and how your pay compares! Hospice or Home Health is a field I would love to try out. I've been floor nursing for the past 2.5 years and I'm getting ready for a change! I work in the PRN float pool at a Jackson hospital- I know HH or Hospice will be a pay cut, but am curious as to how much of a cut! Thanks for any input!
