Base pay for new grads in Rush Hospital and Anderson Hospital in Meridian, MS

Hello all,

I am a "semi" new grad BSN with half a year experience in the ICU in a teaching medical center. I am relocating to Meridian, MS. I know Rush and Anderson are the two main hospitals in Meridian. Anyone know what the base pay rate is for an RN (on the floor) with less than one year of experience? Thanks a ton!

Hey, I don't work at either hospital but my in laws AND most friends do. I believe the base pay for an ADN is 18-20. So you may get an idea from that. I know East Mississippi State Hospital starts at 18 and you get quick raises. I know a guy who has worked there for one year and is at 22 already. Hope this helps some!
