I'm thinking about switching jobs and I would still like to work 3rd shift since it works out well with school. Can anyone recommend anywhere where the pay is decent (above $12/hr)? What are the typical pt ratios?

Thanks everyone!

It's been awhile since I've been a new CNA looking for work, but I know that it was hard to find jobs paying above $11/hr. Once you've been a CNA awhile higher paying jobs are much easier to come by.

pt ratios really depend on type of facility and shift. What is good in one facility can be bad in another. The best thing you can do is apply everywhere and go into interviews with an open mind and ask a lot of questions.
