New Grad BSN

Hi, I'm a newly licensed RN, BSN who is having an extremely hard time finding work in the twin cities area. I am open to anything, but would prefer hematology/oncology, transitional care, or behavioral health experience. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding companies that might be hiring new grads? I've sent out so many resumes, I can barely remember which jobs I've applied for...I am certainly looking outside of hospitals and acute care, but am not having much luck.
